The Request payout button appears on your dashboard as soon as every condition is met.
Conditions:
The waiting period has passed (table below).
You have the minimum profitable days since your last payout (see "What are minimum profitable trading days?").
You meet the consistency rule, if your program has one.
You have not breached any rule, and KYC is complete.

The first payout is never earlier than shown, even with a shorter interval. If you pick a longer interval than the first-payout wait, the first payout follows the longer interval. There is no minimum payout amount.
How to request it, step by step:
Open Payouts from the menu.
If a banner asks you to sign the Live Account Agreement, click Read and sign first.
Choose your funded account in the drop-down. You see the withdrawable amount and your reward share.
Check the countdown: it shows the exact date and time your next payout window opens.
When every item in What unlocks a payout shows Done, click Request payout.
