Are Elite Packs purchases refundable?
Purchases are final, except where a statutory right of withdrawal applies under the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005). By purchasing, you request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right under Art. 59.
Do credits have a cash value?
No. Credits are a virtual currency for digital features inside the FundedElite platform only. They have no monetary value, are not electronic money, cannot be transferred, resold or redeemed for cash, and expire with the account per our Terms and Conditions.
Can Payout Credits be spent on a pack without me choosing it?
No. Packs are paid for with credits only. Payout Credits are never spent on a pack by themselves: converting them is always a choice you make at checkout.
Are the accounts real?
All services relate to simulated trading accounts, including every account a card applies to or opens.
Who can use Elite Packs?
Elite Packs are for traders aged 18 and over.
Who runs FundedElite?
FundedElite.com is operated by Quantum SRL, Via Maira 13, 04100 Latina, Italy.
