Elite Packs use two balances. Both are shown at the top right of every Elite Packs tab.

How do I add credits?
Open the Credits tab, or press + next to your credits. Pick a bundle, choose One off or Monthly, then pay by card, by crypto or with Payout Credits. Bigger bundles carry a bonus, shown on each bundle, and the credits land in your wallet straight away.
Is there a discount for paying with crypto?
Yes. Crypto payments are 5% off the bundle price. Crypto is available on one off bundles.
How does Monthly work?
You are charged today, then on the same date every month. The plan renews automatically until you cancel.
Your credits arrive on that date each month, in one payment of the full amount. Monthly gives you more credits at every amount than the same one off bundle.
You can cancel any time from the Credits tab, in two clicks, with no phone call or email. The plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, then stops.
How do I convert Payout Credits into pack credits?
There are two ways:
On the Credits tab, choose Payout Credits as the payment method. They are spent at one Payout Credit per dollar of the bundle.
When you open a pack without enough credits, the dashboard offers to convert just the Payout Credits you are short and buy the pack in one step, with Convert and buy.
Can I still withdraw my Payout Credits?
Yes. Payout Credits stay yours to withdraw as cash or spend on trading challenges. Nothing is converted unless you choose it at checkout. Only the part you convert into pack credits can no longer be withdrawn.
Can I cash out credits or send them to someone?
No. Credits are a virtual currency for digital features inside the FundedElite platform only. They have no monetary value, are not electronic money, cannot be transferred, resold or redeemed for cash, and expire with the account per our Terms and Conditions.
