KYC is done through Veriff in your dashboard. It is required before your funded account is activated and before any payout, and it must be completed by the real account owner, with their own documents, alone in a closed room.
You need:
A valid ID card (front and back) or passport in your own name.
A selfie holding the same document.
A quiet, enclosed space (a room with the door closed) where nobody else can be seen or heard during the session.
Tips to pass first time:
Register with your legal name exactly as on your ID, no nicknames.
Use your current address; it is matched against your documents.
Be alone, in good light, and do the whole session yourself: nobody may hold the phone, guide you or appear in the background.
If the session expires or we ask you to repeat it, restart it from Settings in your dashboard.
KYC fraud (another person in the session, documents that are not yours, altered documents, or any attempt to get around verification) means immediate closure of every account and a permanent ban. The full rules are in "KYC rules: who can verify, and when it is invalid".
We also recommend turning on two-factor authentication in the same page.
