Example: a $4,800 reward through Rise arrives as $4,760. A $400 reward in crypto arrives as $388.
Timing: approved rewards are paid within 5 business days of approval. Bank transfers then take 1–3 days; crypto usually arrives within hours. If we need to review your account first, we tell you what we are checking and finish within 30 days.
Original payment method: in some cases we pay your reward directly back to the payment method you used for your purchase (for example the same card or crypto wallet). If this applies to you, we tell you before the payment is sent.
