1-Step and 2-Step + Free Retry include one automatic retry if you breach an evaluation phase. LITE, Instant, Instant Elite, Flash Activation and Catalyst do not.
The retry account is created automatically and the new credentials are emailed to you.
You can use it only once, and only during evaluation. A funded account has no free retry.
No retry is given if the breach is a reason to end the relationship (for example KYC fraud).
The team may also use your retry to reset an account after a soft breach, such as an IP flag.
