How do I open a pack?
On the Packs tab, press Open pack under the pack you want.
The pack opens on its own screen, with its price and your balance after opening.
Drag along the top seal to cut it open, or press Skip · Fast open. Drag anywhere else on the pack to turn it around.
When are my credits taken?
The moment you cut the seal or press Fast open. If you close the pack screen before that, nothing is charged, and a free pack stays in My Packs.
Does cutting it myself change what I get?
No. Cutting the seal and Fast open draw your three cards in exactly the same way, at the same odds. Fast open only skips the animation.
What happens after the reveal?
The three cards flip one by one, and you can tap a card to flip it early. All three go straight to your inventory. The summary under the cards shows your best pull and how many new cards you discovered.
What are the offers after opening?
Chain discount. After a pack bought with credits, buy the same pack again within two minutes for 15% off, and 20% off from the third pack in a row. The bar at the top of the screen counts down the time left.
Upgrade offer. The next pack up at 10% off, shown right under your cards. The Oracle Pack is the top tier, so it has no upgrade offer.
After a free pack, the offers are 5% off the same pack and 10% off the next one up, and they last 90 seconds.
Do discounts add up?
No. If you hold a free copy of a pack, the free one is always used first. If a Special Pack deal and a chain discount both apply, you get the better of the two.
What if I do not have enough credits?
The dashboard tells you how many credits you are short. If you hold enough Payout Credits, it offers to convert just what is needed and buy the pack in one step. Otherwise, add credits on the Credits tab.
