Your initial account fee is eligible for a refund based on your performance in our trading challenges.
Without Second Chance:
If you pass our challenges on your first try, your initial fee will be refunded with your third payout.
With Second Chance:
If you’ve used our “Second Chance” feature and received a free retry, the fee will not be refunded. This extended period allows us to ensure that your trading style and risk management are consistent with our standards.
Of course, if your challenge does not have second chance included, the distinction above does not apply. Please remember that even account resets after rule breaches will make you lose the right to having your fee reimbursed.
